A catastrophic change to Vanier Park is in the works, supported by Vancouver City Council. Kits residents have tried to put up a fight but 5 + buildings are slated on the edge of Vanier Park. Not only will the massive development take up previously understood to be public green-space along the water but also the walking green space area below the Burrard Bridge.
